Can and can't

Can + verb for ability and permission: I can swim. Can I sit here? It never takes -s.

Same form for everyone: I can, she can, they can.

No "to" after can: I can go (not "can to go").

Negative: can't / cannot. Question: Can you help me?

Pattern: subject + can + verb

Can + verbo = poder o saber hacer algo: I can swim. Nunca lleva -s.
